at Spelman College
In light of the coronavirus, we are postponing the 3rd Annual Summit on Homelessness and Poverty at Spelman College. We greatly appreciate your interest in participating in our summit and would still like to invite you once the future date is decided. This decision was made to take precautions against the further spread of coronavirus through travel and large social gatherings. We want to apologize if this news brought you any inconvenience. Please continue to take safety measures during this time, such as washing your hands throughout the day, using 60% and up alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and sneezing and coughing in your elbows. We will keep you posted with future summit updates.

ABOUT THE SUMMIT /
As past summits at Brown University and the collaboration between University of North Carolina: Chapel Hill and Duke University, the 3rd Annual Summit on Homelessness and Poverty: Disruption 2020 will open up a venue of collaboration, discussion, and community-building among residents, students and existing community organizations doing innovative anti-poverty work within their own community and nationally. The summit will address how to strengthen our collective efforts in order to assist homeless and low-income individuals and continue creating change for people. We hope to build partnerships, share resources, and develop synergy as a community to address the crisis of homelessness and poverty.
